So let’s talk about those firefighters that aren’t typical. In fact, stats differ, but it looks like less than 10% of all firefighters are female, and less than 5% of them are career firefighters.
That’s a surprisingly small number when you consider representation- but they out there kicking ass, so we’re going to talk about them here!
